  • - Duration: 3 hours, from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
    - Arrival: Please arrive at the Adventure Base by 4:15 p.m. for registration and preparation.
    - The tour begins with an hour of kayaking in front of Puerto Jiménez, enjoying the scenery and marine life.
    - Watching the sunset from the kayak is a healing and special experience that varies with the season but is always spectacular.
    - After sunset, the guide will take the group to a beach for a snack as it gets darker.
    - Bioluminescence becomes visible upon entering the water, a significant part of the experience.
    - Around 7:00 p.m., the final stretch of kayaking begins, and the bioluminescence becomes more evident with each paddle stroke.

    On certain days with favorable tides, mangroves and bioluminescence combine for an even more special experience. This option depends on the tide and will be informed if possible once on-site, or you can inquire about favorable dates.

    What to bring:

    - Ensure the safety of your equipment, including cameras and video gear, with dry bags.
    - Wear your swimsuit and sunscreen for maximum comfort.
    - Use simple footwear such as sneakers or sandals as there will be walks on rocky paths (be prepared to get your feet wet!).
    - Between May and August, it's advisable to bring a lightweight raincoat.
    - Secure your glasses with a strap and complete your attire with a hat.
    - It's useful to have a change of clothes, a towel, and plastic bags for wet clothing.
    - Join our ecological effort by bringing a refillable water bottle; we try to minimize the use of disposable plastic.
    - Expect to get wet with seawater; we recommend wearing a swimsuit or comfortable clothes for wet environments.
    - After swimming, the breeze might be cool, so it's advisable to have a shirt over the swimsuit.

    You can bring a flashlight, although during the kayaking trip, we will only use the safety lights provided by the guide.
