Please note that credit card payments for Aventuras Tropicales Golfo Dulce ATGD SA are collected by TREKKSOFT AG, Hauptstrasse 15, 3800 Matten, Switzerland (“TREKKSOFT”). Therefore, TREKKSOFT will appear as KAYAK TOUR COSTA RICA on your credit card statement for the payment of this booking. The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by TREKKSOFT.

Groups and clients, in general, must follow the safety and operation procedures of Aventuras Tropicales Golfo Dulce. Groups of minors or students must be accompanied by a guardian.
It is of utmost importance that, prior to arrival, you inform us if:
1. Clients prefer single or double kayaks.
2. There are children in the group.
3. There are individuals with special needs.
4. There are elderly adults.
5. Any particular health or cultural considerations regarding the clients.
This is to ensure the provision of high-quality service and maintain the highest safety standards.
**Operation and Safety Policies:**
- The minimum number of people required to open a Mangrove Tour is 1 person.
- The minimum number of people required to open a Bioluminescence Tour is 2 people.
- The minimum number of people required to open a Snorkel and Kayak Tour is 2 people.
- The minimum number of people required to open an S&K Challenge Tour is 2 people.
- The minimum number of people required to open a Sea & Jungle Tour is 2 people.
- The minimum number of people required to open a Multiday Tour is 4 people.
- The minimum age to attend the Mangrove Kayak Tour is 4 years.
- The minimum age to attend the Sunset Kayak and Bioluminescence Tour is 8 years.
- The minimum age to attend the Snorkel and Kayak Tour is 14 years.
- The minimum age to attend the S&K Challenge Tour is 14 years.
- The minimum age to attend the Sea & Jungle Tour is 8 years.
- The minimum age to attend the Multiday Kayak Tour is 14 years.
- Minors attending the tour must be accompanied by an adult.
- The minimum age required to paddle a single kayak is 13 years.
- All children under 13 years must paddle in a double kayak.
**Remember that during our tours, you may swim, and you should bring:**
- Water container.
- Sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen).
- Mosquito repellent.
- Appropriate beachwear and shoes (swimsuit).
- In the rainy season, it is recommended to bring a raincoat or jacket.
**Considerations for Children in the Operation of Our Tours:**
- The price is the same for children. We do not offer special rates because handling a group with children requires greater effort and specialized attention.
**Mangrove Kayak Tour and Kayak and Snorkel Tour:**
- The operation of this tour requires suitable tides, so it is necessary to verify the start time according to the desired date.
**Sunset Kayak and Bioluminescence Tour:**
- The operation of this tour is possible based on the lunar phase, so it is necessary to check if it is available on the desired date.
